About FC Students

The mission of FC Student Ministries is simple. Learn, Love, and Live. We hope you learn who Jesus is, fall in love with Him, and live the life He has called you to live. If you’re in 6-12th grade, come check us out! We’d love to hang out with you. You can expect high energy from the minute you walk through the front door. Your experience with us will be God-centered and fun-loaded – a combination that we hope will keep you coming back for more!

"Walk as children of light, for the fruit of the light is found in all that is good, and right, and true."

What We Do At FC Students

Throughout the year there are multiple events that take place. Here are a few: Back to School Kick Off, Fall Camp at Lake Aurora, Christmas Party, Rooted Conference, Worship Night, and more. We do a lot together, because we are a family. Here are a few things we do on a weekly basis and some big trips that we have going on. Seriously, we would love it if you joined us. The more the merrier!!

Wednesday Nights from 6:00-7:30 p.m.

This high energy, Christ-centered program meets in the youth building. Typically, we split it between Middle School Students and High School students, but all come together for worship.

Sunday Mornings from 10:30- 12:00 a.m.

Jr. High and High School students attend the worship service with adults on Sunday mornings. If they are not worshipping, they are serving in Sunday B.L.A.S.T.– a Kids World production.

We have lots of opportunities for students to spend time together and grow closer to God!

Fall Camp: This camp is for all of our students and it takes place at Lake Aurora in Lake Wales Florida. This is held in the fall.
Rooted Conference: this is a weekend event held at FCC to help students grow deeper in their faith. This takes place in the spring.
Summer Trips: Our high school student are attending World Changers in June and our middle schoolers will be staying local for Serve Hardee in July.

How Do I know If I Fit In?

With all programs associated with FC Students, we strive to provide students with an atmosphere that is free of judgment, and full of acceptance and love. We want young people to feel comfortable to come just as they are – with or without baggage. It is our responsibility to encourage each other to shine bright in a dark world. Our advice: Check us out for three weeks. We want to get to know you and allow you to get to know us! Nervous about coming? Call us at the church and we’d love to help comfort any nerves. We know it isn’t easy joining something you’ve never been to before, but come hang out and our hope is you don’t want to leave.

Follow Us!

What’s The Purpose? To encourage each other to be a light for Jesus in this dark world.
